… has been a super wild and musical year. From personal revelations, traveling to Europe, musical breakthroughs, playing at cool festivals and even crazier meeting Patti Smith in Paris, which was absolutely nuts. I love her music and energy and have been going to her shows for a long time and all of a sudden we bump into each other in a museum in Paris.
I mean can one just summarize a whole year in a few sentences? Prob not, but most importantly I wanted to thank everyone that helped me to bring this album into reality this year, especially Strange House Media for mixing, mastering, and helping me with music videos and Shameless Promotions PR for the album promotion.
Special thanks to the band that I put together this year to showcase those songs. The Spells featured Tommy Love on Drums, Robert Paley on bass, Chops La Conte – Stand up bass, Garret Smelcer – Keyboards, and Karina – on Violin.
And most importantly THANK YOU for being there for me, with me, and for living through this wild rollercoaster of life together at every show, every email, every message, and every shout-out I hear you guys!
And lastly I supported international causes with whatever portion of proceeds I could spare to help Ukraine in its fight against tyranny.
Next year, I got big plans and wanted to ask if you wanted to realize those with me together.

Dmitry Wild Liberation release
New album created with electronic producer “Houses in Motion” which is a mix of The Doors “American Prayer” and Saul Williams “Amtethyst Star“ and Radiohead “In Rainbow”. 9 songs were recorded and we are now in the last stages of finishing a music video for a remix of “Small Affliction”
Also in the Spring of 2022, I am working on mixing the next psych record with Dmitry Wild and the Spells inspired by the favorite 60’s bands.
Every song I write, every album I do it to help myself or others to work through the issues from an existential point of view and that’s my purpose for creating music, no matter how complex your situation you are music heals and saves, and I am the result of that myself. I should have been under Twin Towers many years ago if it wasn’t for a late rehearsal on Monday night. Yes Music Saves!
Today I won’t lie that every artist needs the funds to make anything happen especially when you are a musician and you need to record, find musicians, mix, master, film a music video and then promote the music and then play live shows and pay your musicians.
So my wish is to be able to print a vinyl with the tracks I recorded in this album and also to start promoting and to start mixing the next record.
What do you get out of it?
